The below conditions have been construed under Australian Law and apply to all individuals, businesses or companies (Client/s) engaging the services of Freya Horn trading as Designer in Your Pocket, its contractors, subcontractors and employees (the Company) unless otherwise agreed to in writing by both parties.

These ‘Terms and Conditions of Contract’ will apply to any additional work/projects requested by you or a member of your company/organisation in form of an ongoing business working relationship until both parties determine otherwise.
